Being an immigrant herself inspired Jing to pursue a career in U.S. immigration law. She understands the stress of navigating through the complex U.S. immigration system and thrives on making this process as smooth as possible for her clients. Jing has focused her practice in business immigration law since graduating from law school and has significant experience assisting clients with both employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions and the permanent residence process.
Prior to joining ImmiPartner, Jing worked as an Associate Attorney at a well-respected San Francisco boutique immigration firm, where she provided counsel to corporate clients in the technology, insurance and advertising sectors on a wide range of business immigration matters and provided innovative solutions to meet the clients’ foreign national hiring, retention, and compliance needs.
Jing is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
